Designed and developed a centralized web-based career counselling platform that streamlined access to career guidance, skilling opportunities, placement information, and counselling resources. The platform replaced fragmented, spreadsheet-based workflows with an intuitive digital experience, enabling standardized counselling practices across multiple learning centers. Problem Statement
Career counsellors relied on multiple disconnected spreadsheets, documents, and communication channels to access resources and track learner information. This led to inconsistent counselling practices, duplicated effort, and difficulty maintaining up-to-date information.
The objective was to create a single, scalable platform that centralized resources, simplified navigation, and improved the overall counselling workflow.

My Approach

Built the platform using Wix Studio and Wix Velo.

Developed a CMS-driven architecture with dynamic pages for scalable content management.

Integrated the Google Sheets API with Wix Velo to automatically synchronize live data into the Wix CMS, eliminating manual updates and ensuring information remained current.
